I – receber dos advogados, estagiários e estudantes de Direito, bem como de todos e quaisquer interessados, sugestões, críticas, reclamações, opiniões e denúncias sobre os serviços e atividades dos órgãos do Conselho Federal, dos Conselhos Seccionais e Subseções da OAB e sobre as atividades profissionais de relevância social, nas quais a Instituição deva atuar em cumprimento às suas finalidades estatutárias;
II – interagir com os setores responsáveis, buscando a solução das questões expostas e acompanhando o desenvolvimento das providências, soluções e alternativas propostas e adotadas para garantir aos interessados as informações e as respostas adequadas;
III – prestar esclarecimentos aos interessados e encaminhar sugestões aos órgãos pertinentes, para a solução das questões e, se for o caso, solicitar ao Conselho Federal, aos Conselhos Seccionais e às Subseções da OAB a instauração dos procedimentos administrativos próprios para a apuração dos fatos;
IV – zelar pela manutenção de caráter de discrição e fidedignidade com relação às questões que lhe são submetidas;
V – divulgar, anualmente, os avanços e objetivos alcançados pelo órgão, diante do exercício de suas atribuições, em relatório próprio, encaminhado à Diretoria do Conselho Federal.
I – solicitar informações e cópias de documentos a todos os órgãos, prestadores de serviços e membros da OAB, ressalvadas as questões envolvendo sigilo nos processos relativos à ética profissional;
II – reportar-se à Diretoria e ao Conselho Federal, por escrito ou verbalmente, em audiência previamente solicitada, para expor críticas, sugestões, opiniões ou reclamações recebidas dos advogados, dos estagiários e dos estudantes de Direito, bem como de todos e quaisquer interessados. O contato dos interessados com a Ouvidoria OAB/SE poderá ser feito pessoalmente ou por intermédio de telefones disponibilizados, correspondência, mensagem eletrônica.
As representações e manifestações destinadas a autuação deverão Obrigatoriamente, ser identificadas com os seguintes dados:
I – qualificação do interessado;
II – endereço completo;
III – informações sobre o fato e sua autoria;
IV – indicação das provas de que tenha conhecimento, se for o caso;
V – data e assinatura do manifestante, exceto na hipótese da mensagem eletrônica, valendo, neste caso, a identificação do seu endereço eletrônico pessoal.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various different behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers are able to read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. Screen-reader optimization: we run a background process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key.Additionally, keyboard users will find quick-navigation and content-skip menus, available at any time by clicking Alt+1, or as the first elements of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and not allow the focus drift outside it.
Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements.
