Advocacia poderá votar em até seis candidatos para compor a lista sêxtupla do Quinto Constitucional

No próximo dia 19 de novembro, a advocacia sergipana escolherá os seis candidatos que irão compor a lista sêxtupla do Quinto Constitucional do Tribunal de Justiça de Sergipe (TJSE), destinada à vaga da advocacia. A votação em consulta direta será realizada das 9h às 17h, de forma totalmente online.

No dia da votação, advogados e advogadas poderão votar de qualquer lugar, utilizando tablet, celular ou computador conectado à internet. Não será necessário baixar nenhum aplicativo — bastará acessar o endereço eletrônico (a ser divulgado posteriormente), realizar a autenticação digital e registrar o voto. Cada eleitor(a) poderá escolher de um a seis candidatos(as), atribuindo um voto por candidato(a).

Não será necessário votar por cotas, pois, ao final da votação, serão aplicadas automaticamente as políticas afirmativas, garantindo que as cotas sejam devidamente asseguradas no resultado final.

“No dia da votação, cada advogado ou advogada poderá escolher no mínimo um e no máximo seis candidatos, sendo um voto para cada escolhido. O eleitor é livre para votar em quem desejar, e apenas após o término da votação serão aplicadas as políticas afirmativas, garantindo que as cotas sejam respeitadas. O voto é secreto, auditável e um direito da advocacia”, enfatiza Marcel Fortes, presidente da Comissão Especial.

A formação da lista sêxtupla seguirá os critérios de políticas afirmativas definidos pela Resolução nº 10/2025. De acordo com as regras, será garantida a inclusão:

  1. Do(a) candidato(a) pessoa com deficiência mais votado(a);
  2. Do candidato negro mais votado e da candidata negra mais votada — caso um deles já esteja incluído na cota de pessoa com deficiência, será considerado apenas o(a) outro(a) candidato(a) para assegurar a representatividade racial;
  3. Das demais candidatas mulheres mais votadas, até que seja atingido o número mínimo de três mulheres na lista;
  4. As vagas restantes serão preenchidas pelos(as) demais candidatos(as), conforme a ordem decrescente de votação, independentemente das políticas afirmativas.

O voto será secreto, criptografado e assinado digitalmente, impossibilitando qualquer inclusão indevida. Todo o processo é auditável, permitindo a verificação dos votos sem comprometer o sigilo, o que assegura transparência e segurança em todas as etapas.

No dia 19 de novembro, durante o período de votação, a OAB/SE disponibilizará pontos de apoio, das 9h às 17h, na sede da OAB em Aracaju e nas regionais do interior, para auxiliar os eleitores que tiverem dificuldades.
Poderão votar apenas advogados e advogadas regularmente inscritos(as) na Seccional e com a anuidade em dia.
