Comissão Eleitoral Seccional alerta para proibição de divulgação de pesquisas eleitorais

A Comissão Eleitoral Seccional da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seccional Sergipe (OAB/SE) alerta que, de acordo com o artigo 19, inciso VI, do Provimento 222/2023-CFOAB, é vedada a divulgação de pesquisas eleitorais nos 15 dias que antecedem às eleições.

Como este ano, as eleições on-line da OAB/SE ocorrem no dia 19 de novembro, essa divulgação só poderia ter sido feita até o último dia 3 de novembro.
