OAB/SE divulga lista oficial com os candidatos que irão concorrer ao Quinto Constitucional

A Comissão Eleitoral da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seccional Sergipe (OAB/SE) divulgou, nesta terça-feira, 4, a lista dos candidatos que tiveram suas inscrições homologadas para participar do processo seletivo de formação da lista sêxtupla, destinada ao preenchimento da vaga do Quinto Constitucional do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Sergipe (TJSE). O edital com os nomes dos candidatos já foi encaminhado para publicação.

As inscrições para o processo seletivo foram encerradas na segunda-feira, 3. Ao todo, 28 candidatos se inscreveram para participar da seleção. Vinte e seis candidaturas foram deferidas e duas indeferidas, por não atenderem aos requisitos pré-estabelecidos na Resolução nº 10/2025.

De acordo com o presidente da Comissão Eleitoral da OAB/SE, Marcel Fortes, todo o processo de análise documental e verificação dos requisitos dos candidatos foi concluído dentro do cronograma previsto.

“A Comissão Eleitoral concluiu a análise de toda a documentação e dos pré-requisitos exigidos dos inscritos. Conforme o cronograma da Resolução nº 10/2025, divulgamos a lista oficial dos candidatos ao Quinto Constitucional. O edital com as inscrições homologadas será publicado nesta quarta-feira, 5 de novembro, no Diário Oficial da OAB. A partir dessa data, a advocacia terá o prazo de cinco dias para apresentar impugnações ou recursos, conforme as normas do processo seletivo”, destacou.

Procedimentos de Votação

No dia da votação, o(a) eleitor(a) deverá escolher até seis nomes, atribuindo um voto a cada candidato(a). Não será necessário votar por cotas, pois, ao final da votação, serão aplicadas as políticas afirmativas, garantindo que as cotas sejam devidamente contempladas.

Poderão votar apenas os(as) advogados(as) regularmente inscritos(as) na Seccional e com a anuidade em dia.

Conforme previsto no artigo 18, parágrafo segundo da Resolução 10/2025, a lista sêxtupla será formada observando-se os critérios de políticas afirmativas, com a obrigatoriedade de incluir:

I – Será incluído o(a) candidato(a) pessoa com deficiência mais votado(a);

II – Serão incluídos o candidato negro do gênero masculino mais votado e a candidata negra do gênero feminino mais votada, salvo se um deles já tiver sido incluido no inciso I como pessoa com deficiência, hipótese em que será contabilizado apenas o(a) outro(a) candidato(a) para garantir a cota racial;

III – Serão incluídas as demais candidatas do gênero feminino mais votadas, até que seja atingido o quantitativo mínimo de 03 (três) candidatas do sexo feminino;

IV – As vagas remanescentes serão preenchidas pelos(as) demais candidatos(as), seguindo a ordem decrescente de votação, independentemente das políticas afirmativas.
