O Conselho Seccional da OAB/SE aprovou, por unanimidade, na última quinta-feira, 27, durante sessão ordinária, o Programa de Refinanciamento de 2025 – REFIS, que permitirá aos advogados com débitos pendentes até 31 de dezembro de 2024, regularizarem sua situação financeira. Os inadimplentes poderão parcelar seus débitos em até 30 vezes, com descontos que podem chegar a 90%.
Os advogados terão até o dia 31 de maio, conforme Resolução nº 01/2025 que regulamenta o REFIS 2025, para quitar seus débitos com a instituição. O diretor-tesoureiro, Ismar Francisco, explica que o parcelamento foi estendido para até 30 parcelas e adianta que a partir desse ano, os débitos não negociados pela advocacia serão protestados.
“Nós pensamos em descontos e formas de parcelamentos que caibam no bolso de todos os advogados que estão inadimplentes para facilitar as renegociações e fazer com que todos possam ficar em dia com a nossa instituição. Esse ano trazemos uma mudança importante que é o protesto das dívidas que não forem negociadas até o dia 31 de maio. Até então não tínhamos adotado essa medida mais drástica, que já acontece em quase todas as outras seccionais do país, mas estamos com uma inadimplência de 40% e a partir desse ano essas dívidas serão protestadas, e os advogados inadimplentes terão seus nomes negativados junto aos órgãos de proteção de crédito”, esclarece.
Parcelamento
Os advogados poderão parcelar seus débitos em até 30 vezes no cartão de crédito ou boleto bancário, com descontos de até 90% nos encargos e multas. O valor mínimo das parcelas é de R$ 100. Confira as modalidades:
• Parcelamento em até 5x – 90% de desconto em encargos e multas;
• Parcelamento de 6 a 10x – 70% de desconto em encargos e multas;
• Parcelamento de 11 a 20x – 50% de desconto em encargos e multas;
• Parcelamento de 21 a 30x – 30% de desconto em encargos e multas.
A adesão ao Refis 2025 poderá ser feita diretamente na tesouraria da Ordem, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 12h e das 14h às 18h, ou através no site da OAB/SE. O diretor-tesoureiro reforça que essa é uma oportunidade valiosa para que os advogados regularizem suas obrigações e contribuam com sua classe.
