OAB/SE inicia processo de votação on-line do Quinto Constitucional com cerimônia da zerésima e reforço da segurança digital

A votação para escolha dos advogados e advogadas que irão compor a lista sêxtupla do Quinto Constitucional do Tribunal de Justiça de Sergipe (TJSE) teve início às 8h desta quarta-feira, 19, com a cerimônia da zerésima e a emissão da chave pública e do certificado digital pela Comissão Eleitoral. A solenidade ocorreu na sede da OAB/SE, em Aracaju, e contou com a presença de candidatos e de seus representantes.

A zerésima é um documento impresso que comprova que não há qualquer voto registrado no sistema antes do início da votação, garantindo a segurança, a integridade e a lisura da consulta direta, realizada exclusivamente de forma on-line.
O presidente da Comissão Especial do Quinto Constitucional, Marcel Fortes, ratifica que a cerimônia da zerésima reafirma o compromisso da OAB/SE com a transparência e a confiabilidade do processo.

“A zerésima é um momento fundamental, pois comprova que o sistema começa a votação absolutamente limpo. Além disso, todo o processo de emissão da chave pública e do certificado digital reforça que a tecnologia empregada garante segurança, rastreabilidade e inviolabilidade dos votos. A advocacia pode votar com total tranquilidade, sabendo que cada etapa foi planejada para assegurar a máxima transparência e integridade do pleito”, afirma.

A partir das 9h, a advocacia pode acessar o link enviado por SMS e/ou e-mail — também disponível no site da OAB/SE —, realizar sua autenticação e exercer o direito ao voto. Cada advogado ou advogada pode escolher de um a seis candidatos, atribuindo um voto para cada um deles. No momento da votação, não há necessidade de votação por cotas; as políticas afirmativas serão aplicadas apenas na composição final da lista sêxtupla.

A consulta direta acontece das 9h às 17h, de forma totalmente on-line. Durante o período de votação, a OAB/SE disponibilizou pontos de apoio nas sedes de Aracaju, Estância, Lagarto e Itabaiana; nos coworkings de Propriá e Nossa Senhora da Glória; além de um ponto no Fórum de Justiça Estadual de Tobias Barreto.

A apuração terá início imediatamente após o encerramento da votação, e a previsão é que antes das 18h a Comissão Eleitoral divulgue a lista sêxtupla com os candidatos mais votados, observando as políticas afirmativas. Representantes dos candidatos, previamente credenciados, poderão acompanhar todo o processo de apuração.
