OAB/SE divulga lista sêxtupla com os candidatos do Quinto Constitucional

Encerrada a votação da consulta direta à advocacia, a Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seccional Sergipe (OAB/SE) divulga a lista com os nomes mais votados, formando a lista sêxtupla da advocacia, em conformidade com as políticas afirmativas.

A votação foi encerrada às 17h e contabilizou 29.506 votos destinados aos 26 candidatos que concorreram ao Quinto Constitucional. Dos 9.697 advogados habilitados a votar, 70,55% participaram da consulta direta.

O presidente da OAB/SE, Danniel Costa, destacou a expressiva participação da advocacia na consulta direta e ressaltou a tranquilidade e o respeito durante todo o processo de votação.

“Hoje, a advocacia escolheu os advogados e advogadas que formaram a lista sêxtupla. É dessa lista que sairá o representante da advocacia e da sociedade no Tribunal de Justiça de Sergipe. Tivemos uma adesão enorme, com profissionais que compreenderam a importância deste momento, analisaram as propostas de cada candidato e exerceram seu voto de forma livre e consciente. Estamos vivendo um momento histórico, democrático e crucial para a advocacia e para a sociedade”, afirmou.

A apuração, realizada na sede da OAB/SE, foi acompanhada pelos candidatos e seus representantes, além da Comissão Eleitoral, de representantes da empresa Webvoto — responsável pelo processo de votação eletrônica — e da empresa de auditoria contratada pela OAB/SE.

O presidente da Comissão Eleitoral, Marcel Fortes, explicou como ocorreu a apuração, a contagem dos votos e a formação da lista sêxtupla, respeitando as políticas afirmativas. De acordo com a Resolução nº 10/2025, a lista deve ser composta por uma pessoa com deficiência, dois representantes da diversidade racial (um homem e uma mulher) e no mínimo três mulheres.

“Com a finalização da votação às 17h, iniciamos a apuração em sessão pública, com a presença dos candidatos e de seus representantes, além do auditor e do representante da Webvoto. Após apurarmos a quantidade total de votos de todos os candidatos, a Comissão computou os mais votados, respeitando as cotas de PCD, diversidade racial e equidade de gênero, formando assim a lista sêxtupla. Tivemos uma votação tranquila, segura, inclusiva, célere e respeitosa”, afirmou.

Homologação da lista sêxtupla

A lista sêxtupla será homologada na próxima quinta-feira, 27, durante sessão ordinária do Conselho Seccional.

Após a homologação, o presidente da OAB/SE terá o prazo de cinco dias úteis para encaminhá-la ao Tribunal de Justiça de Sergipe, acompanhada do número de votos recebidos por cada candidato(a) e de seus respectivos currículos. Na mesma ocasião, o chefe do Poder Executivo será oficiado, possibilitando o acompanhamento do processo e o cumprimento do prazo de nomeação previsto no artigo 94, parágrafo único, da Constituição Federal.
